TCM translates as Traditional Chinese medicine which includes Herbal medicine. Herbal medicine would be more popular than Acupuncture in China today. In Australia it is 99% plant-based medicine with some exceptions such as Gelatine. It is a regulated industry unlike naturopathy, and all formulas are approved by the TGA, the herbal and pharmaceutical regulators.
